Returns & Exchange Policy

Bonza Brats would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund (refunds not available on Sale or Out of Season items).

Please note that an item will only be accepted for exchange, credit note, or refund under the following conditions. 

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached.
  • A copy of a valid receipt is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 21 days of the receipt date.
  • A Return Authority Number is marked on the outside of the package.

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without a RA# or a return authority number will be refused and marked return to sender.

How to make a return for exchange or refund.
Step1

Check that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2

Contact Bonza Brats at bratsonline@bonzabrats.com.au or on 02 9386 0667 to get a Return Authority Number (RA#) and advise which items you would like to exchange your goods for. They will be held until we receive your returns.

Step 3
Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded, mark the RA# on the package and include a self addressed prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.

FAULTY ITEMS & DAMAGES

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us at bratsonline@bonzabrats.com.au or on 02 9386 0667 and we will organise a replacement for you.

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same conditions as returns and exchanges.

MISPLACED ORDERS

All orders sent by Bonza Brats have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
