Delivery
Shipping within Australia
  • Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placement or the next business day.
  • A flat rate of $8.50 shipping is charged on most orders *
  • Most orders are shipped via Express Post.
  • In most cases orders will be received within 1-2 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.

    * Larger parcels are measured on the cubic weight and may incur a higher delivery charge. All charges will be displayed on order confirmation prior to payment.

Shipping outside Australia

Orders outside australia are sent via Australia Post Air Mail and usually take 3-10 business days. Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken (charge $8.10 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $2.15 for every additional $100 or part thereof). Just select Delivery Insurance on the Order Confirmation page if you would like insurance for your order. Please remember loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken.

Lay by

Lay bys can be ordered through any of our stores by phone, fax, or email. Pay 20% (or more) of your order total now and we'll hold your items for up to 60 days.

The balance must be paid in full within 60 days or the order will be cancelled and a fee may apply. The cancellation fee can be up to 20% of the total purchase value. there is no Lay by available on a sale or end of season items.

Balance payments are made via Credit Card.

Phone our stores or e-mail the amount you'd like to pay to bratsonline@bonzabrats.com.au quoting your invoice #.

If the order balance hasn't been paid after 50 days a reminder will be sent via e-mail.

Orders are shipped when the balance is paid in full.

* Lay by is not available on orders less than $100.00 (including shipping).
