Bonza Brats would like you to feel confident when purchasing online and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. So, if for any reason an item is not what you expected, it can be returned for an exchange or refund.

Please note that an item will only be accepted for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with any packaging intact and the original labels or tags attached.
  • A copy of a valid invoice is included with the return.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of the receipt date.
  • A Return Authority Number is marked on the outside of the package. 

Please note that all conditions must be strictly adhered to in regards to returns and exchanges. Returns will not be accepted under any conditions if you fail to meet these requirements. Any returns sent without a Return Authority Number will be refused and marked return to sender. 


How to make a return for exchange or refund of a web order

Step 1 - Make sure that you meet all the conditions above.

Step 2 - Contact Bonza Brats at or on +61 2 9398 9846 to get a Return Authority Number and advise which items you would like to exchange or have refunded. They will be held until we receive your returns. 

Step 3 - Return the item/s to be refunded or exchanged, clearly mark the Return Authority Number on the outside of the package and for exchanges, include a self addressed prepaid express post satchel inside your package for any new items to be returned to you.

Step 4 - Requests for refunds will be process upon receipt of the returned item/s and upon inspection of their condition. Refunds will then be processed via the same method of payment that was used for the original order within 7 days.

Faulty Items and Damages

All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please contact or on +61 2 9398 9846 and we will organise a replacement be sent to you. 

Please Note: Faulty and damaged items are subject to the same terms and conditions as returns and exchanges.  


Misplaced Orders

All orders sent by Bonza Brats have a unique tracking code. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
